Description
This feature essentially allows a device to recognize when a message is destined for their own device. Would involve some process to store the current users' phone/email (probably by selecting yourself through the contact picker), and then listening on the messages layer for any messages destined for your device. If they're received, the normal "receipt" logic would follow as a response to sender.
