Omit SHAs in CHANGELOG

Lovely project. It would be great if there was an option to omit the SHAs in the CHANGELOG, as I'm looking to make the CHANGELOG as human-friendly as possible

I think you can accomplish a no hash style with a .github/release.yml that looks like:

changelog:
  exclude:
    labels:
      - ignore-for-release
    authors:
      - octocat
      - dependabot
  categories:
    - title: Changelog
      labels:
        - "*"

This action pre-dates that functionality and my projects don't use a lot of labels and are used to the layout. Otherwise the built feature is nice.

Also, I believe the action create-release is now read-only. Could you update the example you have, please?
