  • starting from this set of [existing requirements](https://github.com/metrumresearchgroup/bbitest/tree/master/markdown/stories)
    • these are pretty minimal, but a good starting point. We should review them to make sure they reflect current use cases.
  • add any new requirements
    • probably punt on doing a more thorough version of this after this refactor, but any obvious holes should be addressed up front.
  • (potentially) figure out a good public place to host these. They currently live in a googlesheet so that we can use mrgvalidate (via this helper in mrgvalprep). If we can settle on a good place for hosting public requirements like this, then we can write an mrgvalprep connector for it.

@dpastoor I put you on here, but you and I are probably going to do this in collaboration. Notably, I'm wondering if you have any ideas on that third bullet:

figure out a good public place to host these...

I'm not aware of an existing pattern for this, but if we can find a good one we could potentially apply it to pkgr, bbr, etc. as well.

These existing requirements have been moved to a google doc for use with mrgvalidate. We are going to leave this open in case we want to add more updated requirements at some point, but as for now this is not blocking anything.
