[Bug]: Lookup History does not draw a background #4252
Description
Steps to Reproduce the Bug
Enable all background drawing and see that it doesnt draw. My config file for reference/ease of turning on those options (requires non default gui scale):

Expected Behavior
It to have a background drawn behind it
Actual Behavior
No background

Because the bookmarks and ingredient list have separate config options this may warrant another config option being added for background of this history screen.
