Handoff, Task/Issue 1 - YouTube API

Task Description: Implement a YouTube API that can request data from YouTube depending on which tutorial has been opened.
DOD: This will be considered done when the API can be accessed to provide videos for the app in a lightweight manner.
User Story: When a user is progressing through a tutorial, they can access a video that will walk them through the tutorial in a visual manner.
