Task Description: Implement a Video player to watch tutorial videos in the tutorial content.
DOD: This will be considered done when tutorial content can hold a video player in addition to the text and image tutorials.
User Story: When a user is progressing through a tutorial, they can access a video that will walk them through the tutorial in a visual manner.
