Handoff, Task/Issue 3 - Dynamic Tutorial Content Loading

Task Description: Implement a system that allows for tutorial content to be loaded dynamically instead of the current hard implementation.
DOD: This will be considered done when tutorial content can be loaded dynamically based off the previously pressed buttons / menu options.
User Story: When a user presses a button for a specific tutorial, that tutorial content should load smoothly and quickly without too much loading. Dynamic pages should allow for less app loading time.
