Task Description: Implementing a toggle button that switches on/off the text to speech functionality
DOD: When the user is able to tap the toggle button to switch the text-to-speech on/off.
User Story: Some users may not need the text-to-speech option and some might need it. To make sure our application is user friendly and adaptable to all users, we need to give them full control over what and when to hear things on the screen.
