Cumulative Updates Not Shown

Hi,

Is there a specific argument required to show Cumulative updates?
Currently, I do not see KB5043145 via this tool (Get-WindowsUpdate or Get-WindowsUpdate -AcceptAll -Install -IgnoreReboot)

This is clearly visible in settings (not installed, waiting for the installation button to be clicked)

I have since tested this on two other machines with the same outcome.

Same problem here! Also if the CU is shown as not Optional (with Regkey "AllowOptionalContent") and the Update is showing for download and install in WU, the Update isn't listed or downloaded through PSWindowsUpdate. @mgajda83 Any ideas?
