[BUG] Right slider tooltip generates scrollbars on window #2

Describe the bug
At a small browser width, the right slider handle's tool-tip generates scrollbars when placed all the way to the right.

Expected behavior
Scrollbars should not be able to generate.

Desktop:

OS: Windows 10
Browser: Firefox

Additional context
Was able to recreate on desktop, but not on mobile.
