Handling of video opening/linking is complicated

Remove "Open video" (Ctrl+M) from the menu. Leave playback so t auto opens linked video when "Play/Pause" is first pressed. If subtitles are switched to a different tab, open video for that tab on next "Play". If there's no linked video for the second tab, keep controls for the old video.
