Coverage with xdist

When running coverage with xdist (e.g.with `-n 4), coverage reports strange things:

```
Coverage.py warning: Module subconvert was never imported. (module-not-imported)
Coverage.py warning: No data was collected. (no-data-collected)
```

and then coverage report follows correctly!
