Applying changes doesn't do anything

The icon in the taskbar is blue and I already applied my changes. Nothing seems to happen. I've displayed the rulers on both screens and made sure everything lines up, but it seems like LittleBigMouse has no effect, exiting my smallest screen on the far right makes it appear on the far right of my biggest screen.

I have two different size monitors with same resolutions and different DPIs. I'm using LittleBigMouse 5.2.2.0 since I had the same issues on 5.2.3.0, but downgrading didn't change anything for me.

I'm having the same problem. The program presents a loading wheel frequently and changing settings around doesn't seem to accomplish anything.
It first occurred after rotating one of my monitors to portrait instead of landscape.

Edit: My bad, I was able to get it working by downgrading. For what it's worth, 5.2.3.0 was working for me until I changed settings.
