Did not receive any email with api key

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enter 'travelhey.com' domain to generate api key
2. Entered valid email id - sunil.joshi@travelhey.com


What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I should receive an email with api key, but never got one.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?


Please provide any additional information below.
When i try to re-register the domain it says already registered. How do i get 
api key.
