博主你好，最近在使用miccall的过程冲，发现在使用hexo d命令上传博客时，背景图片bg.jpg会自动变为 bg.JPG，文件后缀名小写变大写了，从而无法导致主页无法找到背景图片。
每次上传后仍需手动在github仓库里提交一个bg.jpg才能显示博客背景。

请问大家有遇到这个问题吗，或者有什么解决方案吗
