[BUG]: IW5 - Investigate additional death barrier type (r170)

Modern Warfare 3 (IW5) has an additional barrier type called death barriers. I'm not sure if they were introduced in IW5 or if they existed in IW4 as well, but I want to say they were introduced in IW5 because I don't remember them in IW4.

I remember back in 2010/2011 when I was playing MW3 religiously, Infinity Ward added death/kill barriers into certain spots where you could glitch into. It would just simply prevent the player from being able to access certain glitch spots that not even god mode can prevent. It does seem like you are safe in UFO mode though.

I recorded a few clips so you can see the death barriers in action. These exist on most, if not all maps. This is just a quick example of one.

Still an issue on r173 along with new regression side effects. It appears to have gotten worse and have some new regression issues with spawning in. It's very easy to notice the issue if you load the map Downturn.

Steps to replicate:

1. Start the map Downturn on Team Deathmatch.
2. Choose any team.
3. Notice how the initial spawn point is on top of the building, which is weird and that was not happening on r170. This is one of the weird side effects that was newly introduced.
4. Activate UFO and fly over to the lamp post as shown in this clip.
5. The death trigger will kill your character once you exit UFO mode. This was also happening in r170. But the new regression issue that was introduced in r173 is that you will repeatedly respawn inside of the death trigger, resulting in the character dying over and over again as seen in the clip in Step 4.
