some link errors with matrix.h

Hi michael, When I compile your code with visual studio 2015 win64, there are some link errors with matrix.h, it seems that there is no definition for matrix.h, would you give some suggestions?

you need to install Matlab Runtime (I use v912) and link to libmat.lib and libmx.lib
