Newly added text in the UI doesn't use the internationalisation system

Often values are hardcoded or the id for the text does not exist and an error like this is thrown:

Text that will need updating to use the correct system are:

• New file radio button inputs
• Open file errors
• Save menu button (save project files)

Covered all the hardcoded text, but I'll keep the issue open as a reminder just in case there is anything left over.
