Location stays on indefinitely while roaming

Describe the bug
While roaming, the location stays on indefinitely. Toggling the location off/on doesn't solve the problem. The list of apps using location didn't show any other app that may have caused the location request. No location-requiring app in foreground.
The location indicator went off as soon as I got back to the home network.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go under roaming
2. Note the location indicator staying on
3. Check last request in microG > Location

Expected behavior
The location should not stay on indefinitely when roaming.
