Average fortification level

On the performance over time page, if it's quick/easy, can we change the bottom/summary calculated to average fortification level (mg/kg) among fortifiable food vehicle at point of fortification (instead of among all food vehicle)? So the label would be "Average fortification level (mg/kg) among fortifiable food vehicle at point of fortification" and then the values would be calculated in the same way as those values for baseline. In reviewing all of this together, I think it'll make a lot more sense to users to have that value vs the "among all food vehicle" values displayed.

I think the calculation is in fact already mirroring the baseline page so I have just updated the header text as suggested to reflect this
