PnP Modern Search crossing with List

Hi everyone,

I would like to use the Pnp Modern Search feature in my Sharepoint to show a People Inventory. This inventory is based on a list I created, gathering the Profiles to show.

The list contains 2 fields :
Title (that contains the Department of the person) / Contact (containing the contact info that opens the profile on hovering)

Here is what i tried :

• I tried putting the path of the list in the {searchTerms} area , by putting path: URL of the list
• I tried connecting the list to the Connexions and use the filed Contact as Dynamic value

None of those 2 options work , so I'm totally open to any suggestions as this point
