Results are not consistent for users having same permissions

Describe the bug
One of the users is getting incorrect/irrelevant matches in the results webpart. Users having same permissions but getting different results and the problem is with just one user.

To Reproduce
Detailed steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Search a keyword in the search box
2. User 1 gets a set of results which are not a correct match for the search term
3. Repeat the search with other users

Expected behavior
All users, having same permissions, should see same set of results.

In the vast majority of cases this has nothing to do with PnP Modern Search, but is either a permissions issue or a Search Index issue.
