[Bug - Partner Center] Unable to complete Edge Developer Account Registration Form

Describe the bug
I am unable to submit the form to register for the Microsoft Edge Developer program.

Error code 2931.
Correlation ID 4b9173ac-f3b7-442a-84a8-d851208b0c47,mDvjo7bXdE6ITkfx.1.3.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Fill out form.
2. Submit.

Expected behavior
A successful registration.

I selected the United States region to register for an Edge extension developer account. I have tried many times using the latest versions of the Edge and Chrome browsers, but every time the registration fails with the error code 2931. Please help us.

Hi everyone, we got an update from our team and would like you to know that the error code 2931 indicates that a required field is missing. In many cases, this issue arises when the phone number is not entered correctly. For the United States region, please ensure that the phone number is formatted as follows e.g. +1 425 1234567, with the area code included in the appropriate field.

If the issue persists, could you kindly provide us with a screenshot of the registration page with the filled data? This will help us further investigate and resolve the problem promptly.
