Description of the new feature / enhancement

Add a switch to flip the mouse scroll wheel direction.

Scenario when this would be used?

Lots of people (Mac users) are used to the mouse wheel working opposite to the way Windows is configured. I always flip it in the registry, but it would be great if this were part of PowerToys. (Mouse Wheel direction used to be selectable in Windows, but they removed that feature...)
