Description of the new feature / enhancement

I know there is a way to set the scroll direction of the mouse via the windows registry. I can also do this via the app that comes from the mouse manufacturer; however this is limited to mice from the manufacture and I do not use any of the other functionality. At the moment I'm using X-Mouse Button control just for this one feature. I'm using PowerToys for some of the features and would prefer just to use it for mouse control as well.

Scenario when this would be used?

I prefer natural scrolling.
