According to https://devblogs.microsoft.com/devops/upcoming-updates-for-azure-pipelines-agents-images/#windows , Server 2019 will become unavailable on Dec 31, 2025, and there is a brownout coming right up on Dec 2, 2025. Therefore, replace LTSC2019 with LTSC2022. Corresponding changes are being applied to the Agg and Closed repos.
