Backstage Azure DevOps Publish Stage Error

Hi,

We are using Azure Devops Server 2020 for git repository location. We are trying to integrate Backstage with Azure DevOps Server and getting errors while publishing repository to azure devops.

Cannot read properties of null (reading 'value')

There is no detailed information for what value is. azure-devops-node-api package doesn't show specific errors.
We advised to dig into VsoClient.js but haven't managed yet. Could you please help?

By the way I'll add more infor about our application.
Our Appication Tier is on version of 18.181.31230.2 (Azure DevOps Server 2020 Update 1)
We upgraded this tier from 2019 version our base url includes /tfs That's might be the case.

For example;
