When cloning a repo in setup flow, if I have not logged in, an option should be offered

When going through the clone repo flow, my options are URL or Account.
But there is no 'click here' to sign into the account.

It would be more natural than needing to back out and find a different location to link an ID.

Steps to reproduce the bug

Clean install.
Do the setup flow.
Try to clone a repo.

Expected result

if i have not linked an account, offer a click here to link.

Actual result

The account feature is disabled. :(

Hi Kevin,

The repo dialog does prompt users to log in. Both on the account tab and URL tab.

I do understand your point of view. The lack of prompt, or some text, notifying the user that they will be asked to log in, would lead many people to believe that they can't use the repo dialog to log into their account.

Removing the bug tag as this is a request to add some dialog notifying users that they can log in with the repo tool.
