Is the total_connections_active/disposed metric valid?

The screenshot shows that the applications that work with the server are restarted (in 17:00), for some reason the graphs total_connections_active/disposed do not correlate with the graph connected_clients. Is that normal?
May be this is the similar bug as #746 ?

It is probably a terminology issue. For the total_connections_active we report the number of total connections received. It is similar to the Redis field called total_connections_received.
In your case the actual active number of connections is
total_connections_active (which is actually total_connections_received) - total_connections_disposed = actual number of active connections.
