One of the questions that we got a couple of times is: Is my hack good enough?
Let's have a look at some scenarios:
You're just starting with building apps for Microsoft Teams. You followed one of the learn modules that we've got for you and built the app in the exercises.
✅ Congratulations! You've got a valid hack! Submit it, get a badge, and compete for prizes!
You've been using SPFx to build SharePoint web parts. You're looking into bringing a web part into Microsoft Teams and maybe even to Outlook and the Microsoft 365 app.
✅ Congratulations! You've got a valid hack! Submit it, get a badge, and compete for prizes!
You took one of the many samples that we've got in the community and modified it to try some new things out.
✅ Congratulations! You've got a valid hack! Submit it, get a badge, and compete for prizes!
You're building a cool app for Microsoft Teams that uses the latest Teams AI Library and connects to Microsoft Graph
✅ Congratulations! You've got a valid hack! Submit it, get a badge, and compete for prizes!
You had a grand idea but didn't get your app to work fully as intended. You fell short on time or skills, or maybe cut a few corners.
✅ Congratulations! You've got a valid hack! Show us what you've got, submit it, get a badge, and compete for prizes!
Small hack is better than no hack.
Seriously: when you submit a hack, you've won already.
