Is it possibile to update context variables on an already started conversation (maybe on chat reconnection) so that the agent can see the updated values in the dedicated panel? Thank you. |

It is not possible with the current product architecture. They are
pre-conversation
data. These are used to define routing rules to route conversations to different queues.
