Business Justification:

I am testing a production Microsoft app (AI Skills Navigator) in preparation for Ignite announcement. I want to test upper bounds of simultaneous users.

Requested New Quota Limit:

1,000 workers per workspace

Additional Information:

I am limited on testing scaling / upper bound of our services as I can only test 100 simultaneous users currently.
