Assign key to "move focus to the first pane"?

Does that action have an id?

There are many actions in the command palette that don't have keys assigned. Is there a list of ids for those actions?

1. Open the Settings dialog.
2. Go to the Actions section.
3. Add a new action.
4. Select "Move focus to the first pane" from the drop-down action list.
5. Assign some key combination to that action.
6. Click the accept button (with the ✓ icon) on the right.
7. Click the Save button at the bottom right of the page.
8. Click the Open JSON file link on the bottom left of the page.
9. Search the JSON file for the action assignment you've just created.

The short answer is that it doesn't appear to have a unique ID. It's a command that takes a parameter, and which has a custom user id generated for it when you setup the assignment.
