Build Version: 20241005.1
Regression: Not a Regression

Repro Steps:

  1. Create a Static Web App -> Right click the "Application Settings" node -> Select "Add New Setting..." -> Enter an app setting name more than 64 characters.
  2. Check whether there is a validation error.

Expect:
There is a validation error when entering an application setting name more than 64 characters.

Actual:
There is no validation error when entering an application setting name more than 64 characters.

More Info:
An error occurs when adding the above application setting.
