Web extension doesn't work with WSL

What went wrong?

After npm install, I open the helloworld-web-sample directory with code in Windows Subsystem for Linux, and runs the web extension. In the newly created vscode window, the Hello World command should be available, but it is not.

It is actually a known issue: microsoft/vscode#201069
