Allow to undock the sidebar into a new window(second part)

As @bimbo1989 had already written in Allow to undock the sidebar into a new window.
And as there is no solution for this, I am opening a new issue, feature request.

Floating side panel (Explorer, Debugger, GIT ...)!
@bpasero Allow for floating windows is not the soultion for this request. The undocking of the side panel is simply missing.

I cannot undock the Explorer, Debugger or other panels.
And that was the feature request in the old issue and also from this one!
