win+numpad 5 switches to different monitors instead of centering in screen #1

As the title says
Win+* does nothing also
I used to have just one monitor, but I got an extra one lately.
When I tried to center a program is just switched to my other monitor, and pressing win+* or win+c did nothing!
Is there a way to disable this and get it back to centering, or is there a command I don't know about?
I read the readme and looked at the guide but I found nothing else to work with
I use WIndows 7
