v1.6 - Goals and Priorities

Hi,

I thought it would be good for overall clarify to outline the priorities I see for the next release of Nimble Commander.
This is my current perspective, though it may be adjusted later:

1. Fully open-sourcing the project:
   • Migrating the repository to GitHub.
   • Moving discussions from the phpBB-based forum and email exchanges to GitHub Issues and Discussions.
   • Migrating the CI/CD to GitHub Actions.
   • Removing licensing requirements from Nimble Commander.
   • Removing the second version from Mac App Store, leaving only a single full-functional version.
   • Improving the build instructions and beginning to compile contributing guidelines.
2. Adding support for Finder Tags:
   • Visualising tags as coloured dots.
   • Displaying tags textually in an optional Tags column in List presentation.
   • Setting tags, likely through right-clicking on panel items.
   • Querying for items with specific tags, likely as a quick list.
   • Managing an internal list of tag types and a mechanism to update it with existing tags on the filesystem.
3. Bug fixes and other incremental improvements:
   • No specific criteria, as much as possible, though limited in scope.
   • Issues fixed so far in v1.6:
     • SMB volumes are not refreshing view on file change #100
     • Random bug when navigation folders with mouse cursor #101
     • Can't extract files from archive by drag-n-drop to parent folder #102
     • Incorrect restoration of directory permissions from archive #104
     • 1px line below titlebar not updated when changing OS appearance from light to dark and vice versa #115
