When I'm in Nazjatar, I have the Lady Narjiss daily exclamation mark show up on my map, but when I go to the location to pick it up, it's never there. The exclamation mark will also sometimes follow me around the Nazjatar map, but it's intermittent. Reloading the UI helps, but it always comes back.
