Unhandled exception is thrown when using file name "https:///something"

“NotSupportedException” needs to be handled (as well as any other exceptions that can be thrown by FileInfo constructor).

Hi @milang, changed the target framework to 4.8 and included the exception handling for the FileInfo.

I have created a pull request, please check, and accept.
