Request for Password Policy Enhancement

Thank you very much for your open-source system. It is very useful for me. I only deploy it and do not develop it myself. Could you please help to enhance the password rules to require that passwords must be at least 8 characters long, and must include both uppercase and lowercase letters, and must also include special characters?
