Fixes #33

This repo implements Command Line for minds functionalities .

Implemented the following:

  1. Unit tests done
  2. CI/CD setup using github actions
  3. Documentation upto date
  4. Published the package to pypi - https://pypi.org/project/minds-cli-sdk/
