本地测试通过后，在线提交PR时，运行CI过程中出现的问题

执行CI过程中出现以下问题：

1. ut有些跳过，有些在安装依赖时出错
   
2. release test在pytest时出错
   
3. 单个模型测试时，没有改动的模型出现测试失败（没有对报错的文件进行修改）
   
4. 单个模型测试时，直接跳过有些模型（speech_to_text模型迁移，但是CI直接跳过，没有测试对应部分）
