User Story

As an engineering building a platform (Analytical Platform) on Modernisation Platform
I need an increased set of permissions than what sandbox or developer provides
So that I can do my job effectively

Value / Purpose

Providing platform engineering colleagues with increased permissions, and the ability to properly plan and apply Terraform locally will allow us perform our role without seeking input from Modernisation Platform engineers.

Context / Background

Analytical Platform has a split estate consisting of what we call old world (member-unrestricted) and new world (member)

We are finding the restricted permissions set of developer hinders our engineering work as we cannot do simple tasks like deleting an ECR repository, or performing ClickOps tasks when debugging.
