Impossible to install dbus on windows10.
I tryied to install dbus-python-windows but it's not a success.
I have the skills to fix it, just asking for help 😄
Maybe I dont copy/paste the modue in the good repo or the code need to be change to work with this new module ?

Hi ! Have you find a solution ? Im in Windows 10 and dbus don't work for me too. Thx

Windows doesn't use dbus, you'll have to make changes to the code that gets the status details for it to work
