Request: License declaration for tracks

Just like when I get software, I like to know the license terms for music tracks I download, especially if I'm paying money for them.

Please add a place where artists can declare a license (perhaps offer common choices and a custom option) and a place where I (the user) can see this license choice with an associated graphic and a link to the license text.
