Any idea why it claims this yarn option is not a valid one?

$ yarn --use-yarnrc
Unknown Syntax Error: Unsupported option name ("--use-yarnrc").

$ yarn cache clean [--mirror] [--all]

$ yarn config get [--why] [--json] [--no-redacted] <name>

Is the option available in other yarns? I didn't find the option. Where is it documented?

Was introduced some 8 years ago w/ commit e946807ceec2d7cdd5c42ef4fcd7f50f41a5d760. Discussed briefly at yarnpkg/yarn#2334 (comment). Also mentioned in arch wiki.

Currently can see it in https://github.com/yarnpkg/yarn/blob/master/src/cli/index.js#L74-L79

Hmm, I see. Could you try to install yarn with npm i -g? I don't think this is the mise issue.
