Amazed app terminates and LiquidSmooth screen pops up

Amazingly this is what happens with Amazed after the ball is rolling for a few 
seconds on my rooted phone.

I am not sure why this happens. Phone doesn't reboot and comes back in a few 
seconds.

Any idea why this may be happening and how to debug?
