OpenID Connect Client - Empty scope in auth request for dynamic clients

We use HybridClientConfigurationService and set a client template with 5 scopes but after dynamic client registration, scopes for the registered client remains empty and PlainAuthRequestUrlBuilder builds an auth url with an empty scope value which leads to a failure.

Being able to set client scopes after dynamic client registration would help. Please let us know if that's possible.
