CSS in Widget SDK not loading #38

When loading the SDK, there is a console error from https://sdk.mixmax.com/v2.0.2/widgets.css (HTTP 403). Looks like the resource is not available.

I spoke with support about this. I believe they are on the case fixing it.

the version for the request is pulled from the version in the package.json rather than the version of the mixmax API - see here
this is then used when creating the request for the CSS resource - see here

short term fix just change all reference to 2.0.2 to 2.0.0
